Some new goals…
So here I sit, one day before my birthday, still 14 lbs from the goal I had for tomorrow. I have dropped 11 lbs since January, so I am definitely not discouraged, but I feel the need to re-evaluate my goals.
By April 1st, my first goal will be another 5 lbs.
That’s as far ahead as I’m thinking right now.

I work out at least 5 days a week and I have been eating low fat, high fiber, high protein. I also try to get at least 100 oz of water a day.
2 more to go by Wednesday, I CAN DO IT!!!
